Nussrallah Nets a Dub

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante
Stephen Nussrallah
Stephen Nussrallah

Stephen Nussrallah jammed for his last 4,400 from under the gun, and the small blind looked him up with a call.

Stephen Nussrallah: {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Opponent: {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Nussrallah survived the {5-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, but the {a-Hearts} turn gave his opponent a flush draw. The {a-Diamonds} river was no help to either player, and Nussrallah earned the double.

Hughes Ends Izadi's Day

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante
John Hughes
John Hughes

With 12,000 already in the pot, John Hughes bet 7,000 from the big blind on a {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop, and Hamid Izadi moved all-in for 18,000 on the button. Hughes made the call.

Hamid Izadi: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
John Hughes: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Izadi could only shake his head as he discovered his queens were crushed by the kings of Hughes. No help would come on the {9-Hearts} turn or {7-Diamonds} river, and Izadi hit the rail.

Henrichs Bets and Wins

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

Joshua Henrichs checked a {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop from the big blind, and Eric Salazar bet 1,700 into a pot of 6,000 from the cutoff. Freddy Williams raised to 4,700 on the button, Henrichs called and Salazar folded.

The {4-Diamonds} turn was checked through to the {10-Spades} river, and Henrichs fired 8,300. Williams quickly folded.

Apter's Set Felts Two

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante
Brett Apter
Brett Apter

Bradley Heitmeyer bet 5,000 from the small blind on a {8-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, and the under-the-gun player called. Brett Apter then shoved for 40,000 from middle position, and Heitmeyer called off his last 20,800. The under-the-gun player tanked for a minute before calling off his last 25,000.

Bradley Heitmeyer: {9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Under-the-Gun: {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Brett Apter: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Apter's set of tens was looking to dodge the straight draws of his opponents, and he succeeded on a {k-Hearts} turn and {4-Hearts} river to earn the double knockout.

Rossitto Gets the Max with the Nuts

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

Michael Rossitto opened to 1,200 from middle position and the cutoff called, as did Harry Sablotny on the button.

All three players checked the {9-Spades}{q-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop.

When the {5-Hearts} turn hit the felt, Rossitto and the cutoff both checked, and Sablotny fired 3,100. Rossitto check-raised to 8,500, the cutoff quickly threw his cards away, and Sablotny called.

The river brought the {3-Spades}, and Rossitto thought for a moment before moving all in for 19,000, which Sablotny snapped.

Rossitto revealed {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for the nut straight before Sablotny showed {7-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and shipped several stacks of chips across the table.

Sailor's Sharin' the Love

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante
Brad Sailor
Brad Sailor

Brad Sailor checked a {3-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} board from the big blind, and Andreas Ioakmides studied the board for a few moments before checking behind from the cutoff.

The {5-Diamonds} fell on the river, and Sailor bet 5,500. Ioakmides called, and Sailor tabled {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a rivered gutshot straight. Ioakmides looked unhappy as he tossed his hand to the muck, and Sailor said, "You gave me a free card with a queen? I love you!'
