Van Luijk Chips Back Up in Three-Way Three-Bet Pot
Level 4
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Bernard Larabi opened the action with a raise to 1,200 under the gun. Derk van Luijk called on the button, as did Diego Montone in the small blind. Big blind Mengshi Tian then squeezed in a reraise to 6,200.
Larabi made a quick fold, with Van Luijk and Montone calling to the K♥6♥K♠ flop, where Montone checked to Tian.
Tian fired a bet of 3,200, Van Luijk called, and Montone folded. The 7♦ turn slowed down Tian, who checked before calling the bet of 6,000 by Van Luijk.
Van Luijk sized up to 8,000 on the J♦ river. Tian used one time extension before putting in a final check-call, but mucked his cards when Van Luijk tabled K♦9♦ for the winning three of a kind.
