Van Luijk Back to Start as Song Joins
Level 5
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Bernard Larabi had opened from middle position and Derk van Luijk had defended his big blind when Larabi fired a bet of 3,600 on the 9♠K♥8♠ flop. Van Luijk check-called to the 5♦ turn, which was checked by both.
Van Luijk then put in 8,000 on the 3♣ river, which Larabi reluctantly called. Van Luijk tabled K♠9♦ for two pair, and Larabi's cards ended in the muck in defeat.
Shortly after the hand, Stephen Song joined the field, putting four tables into play.
