Three-way to the 7♥J♦2♥ flop, Umberto Ruggeri checked from the big blind to Shyamrag Charuvil under the gun. He made a small bet of 60,000, which Carl Shaw raised to 270,000.
Ruggeri then jammed all in for 1,050,000. Cahruvil took some time before laying his cards down, and Shaw quickly followed suit.
"No flush draw, and no queen-jack," Ruggeri stated as he raked in the chips.
Shyamrag Charuvil opened to 80,000 from the hijack. Sinead Davenport three-bet to 250,000 on the button. Enrico Olivieri was in the small blind contemplating his decision.
Around four and a half minutes elapsed the clock was eventually called. Olivieri used all but two of the allotted thirty seconds before moving all in for 425,000. Charuvil took less time and found a fairly fast fold. Davenport snap-called.
Enrico Olivieri: A♦J♦
Sinead Davenport: K♠K♣
The flop of 4♠4♥4♦ gave Davenport a full house, however the A♣ turn gave Olivieri a better full house. The J♠ river changed nothing and Olivieri doubled.
Niall Campbell opened to 85,000 in middle position, which Jon Kyte three-bet to 250,000 in the cutoff. Marc Macdonnell sat on the button and announced his all-in for 1,150,000, folding out Campbell.
Kyte put in an instant call, however, and the cards were tabled.
Marc Macdonnell: Q♠Q♦
Jon Kyte: A♠K♦
Kyte did not pair his hole cards on the 5♠3♥7♠ flop or 5♣ turn. The Q♣ river upgraded Macdonnell to a set, making his double-up official.
