Zhang Runs Out of Chips
Level 9
: Blinds 0/0, 6,000 ante
San Zhang was moved tables not long ago and flipped for stacks with one of the most recent entries Esti Wang. The former held A♥K♣ while Wang revealed J♣10♣. Suited connectors improved to a straight on the A♠Q♠6♥K♦Q♥ runout to leave Zhang short.
A few hands later, both got it in again and Zhang had the 9♦8♦, Wang was ahead with A♠J♥ and that remained to be the case on the K♣J♠6♣A♦Q♥ runout. That brought an end to the first bullet and Zhang redeemed the last 150,000.
