Coveted King's Million Royal Scepter Up for Grabs in €1,500 PLO Championship
The next Royal Scepter is set to be handed out tonight at the 2026 King's Million European Poker Championship, as 44 players return to battle for the €1,500 PLO Championship.
The tournament drew 286 entries across two starting flights, with all survivors earning a piece of the €500,000 prize pool. Action will resume at 2:00 p.m. local time and finish under the bright lights of the feature table at King's Resort.
Sitting near the top of the counts after the opening flights is two-time WSOP bracelet winner Tobias Peters, who led Day 1a with 850,000 chips to sit second on the overall leaderboard. Peters is coming of a cash in the €400 Deepstack event this week, looking for another deep run into the money.

Among the notable names still in the hunt are Jan-Peter Jachtmann (721,000), Sammy Truong (705,000), Dario Quattrucci (650,000), Karel Mokry (435,000), Volodymyr Kokoulin (434,000) and Anh Do (424,000).
Players will return to navigate 40-minute blinds through the final day starting at 4,000/8,000, with breaks occurring after every two hours of action. All 44 returning contenders have locked up at least €3,525, with everyone chasing the top prize of €95,000.
