Rockets Propel Casella to Chip Lead
Level 24
: Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Pasquale Casella opened to 400,000 in early position. It folded to Marco Giordano, who defended his big blind.
Casella fired bets of 600,000 on the 8♦10♦J♦ flop and 1,000,000 on the 2♠ turn. Giordano check-called both times, after which the J♣ river was checked to showdown.
Casella tabled A♥A♦, and Giordano just flashed the K♦ before he mucked his other card in defeat.
