Winkler Doesn't Buy It
Level 25
: Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Andre Winkler opened his button to 525,000. Pasquale Casella defended in the big blind before he led out for 500,000 on the 3♣6♥10♣ flop.
Winkler tossed in a call, and he called again when Casella sized up to 600,000 on the 4♣ turn. Casella completed his triple-barrel with a bet of 1,000,000 on the 9♦ river. Winkler spent some time in the tank before looking him up.
Casella was hesitant to show but eventually tabled Q♣8♦ for a bluff. Winkler had called with 4♦2♦ for just a pair of fours, and it earned him the sizable pot.
