Nikolas Gets Coolered First Hand
Level 10
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Kestutis Jungevicius opened to 16,000 in the hijack. Vazha Kometiani then three-bet to 36,000 on the button, and small blind Vasilis Nikolas four-bet jammed for 250,000.
Jungevicius folded after some thought, but Kometiani snap-called with the covering stack.
Vasilis Nikolas: Q♥Q♣
Vazha Kometiani: A♠A♦
"First hand, huh?" Nikolas quipped as he gathered his belongings. The 9♦6♦7♠3♥K♣ runout did nothing to save him, and he quickly departed the tournament area.
