Mystery Kid Check-Jams on Tabac
Level 25
: Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Mihai Tabac opened to 500,000 under the gun. Mystery Kid called in the big blind, and he check-called when Tabac continued for 325,000 on the 8♣K♦5♥ flop.
Tabac sized up to 1,000,000 on the 2♦ turn, but it was not enough to deter Mystery Kid from check-calling again. Mystery Kid checked again on the A♠ river, and Tabac completed his triple-barrel with a bet of 1,600,000.
After spending a time bank, Mystery Kid moved all in for 4,125,000. Tabac requested a count, but he ultimately deemed it not worth the risk, and he conceded the pot with a fold.
