Four players committed 225,000 before the 10♦4♥9♥ flop, where Oliver Tot checked from the big blind. Antoine Vranken followed with a check as next to act, and Sam bet 200,000 in early position. Alessandro De Michele moved all in from the cutoff for 265,000, and action folded back to Sam who called.
Alessandro De Michele: A♥K♥Q♥9♦
Sam: 7♣5♦4♣4♦
Sam tabled his set of fours, but De Michele hit the 6♥ turn to make a flush. The 3♦ river was a blank, and De Michele earned the big double-up.
