Scarpa Calls Down Butz
Level 18
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Presju raised to 40,000 in middle position, and Avi Butz replied with a three-bet from the cutoff to 80,000. Andro Scarpa took a moment on the button before sliding out a four-bet of 200,000, and Presju got out of the way.
Butz called and checked the K♣Q♥5♠ flop, with Scarpa continuing for 90,000. The call was made, and both players checked through the 3♦ turn.
Butz led out for 250,000 on the 9♠ river, and Scarpa stuck in a call. Butz showed 10♠10♣, while Scarpa tabled A♥K♥ for a pair of kings to take down the healthy pot.
