Ursu With Aggression

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

The remaining field was scheduled to go into a break but will only do so when the money bubble has burst. Some big stacks are using the bubble to boost their stacks while others drop back into the middle of the pack.

Exactly that happened when GOMETZGER took on Adon Ursu on a {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop. Ursu check-raised from 225,000 to 915,000 and that won the pot. The action continues and the blinds will go up shortly.

Nalim Chips Up

Level 21 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Pawel Keller had to forfeit a portion of his stack when he paid off Victor Nalim on the river of a paired ace-high board. Nalim tabled the {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for flopped two pair and a full house on the river to chip up.

Besides that, the bubble action has been very tight and no major pots were played in the last few hands. Martin Kabrhel has increased his stack and appears to be among the current chip leaders with 56 hopefuls remaining.

Gregor Doubles Through Kabrhel

Level 21 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante
Greko Gregor
Greko Gregor

On a completed board of {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, Greko Gregor bet 100,000 from late position and faced just Martin Kabrhel to win the pot.

"What would you do if I go all in?" Kabrhel asked and Gregor replied "I will think about it for 30 seconds."

Kabrhel then raised to 600,000, which had Gregor covered and sent him into a think tank. He eventually made the call and several players gathered around the table.

"Are you short? I have some good news for you, you can play a few more hands," Kabrhel said with a dry voice to some of the railbirds.

Gregor tabled {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades} for a straight and Kabrhel flashed {k-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{5-}{2-} for tripstolet Gregor double for 412,000.

Bertrand Grospellier
Bertrand Grospellier

Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier moved all in for 34,000 with the {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and was called by Nikolaus Eigner in the small blind with the {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts}, as did John Trast in the big blind with {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

The two active players checked down the board {a-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} to let the bubble burst on the feature table, as Trast made two pair.

Alexandre Viard

With 225,000 in the middle and the flop reading {4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}, Alexandre Viard bet 175,000 and called the shove of NEUK1 for 291,000.

NEUK1: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Alexandre Viard: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{8-Spades}

The {8-Diamonds} turn and {2-Spades} river failed to improve Viard and he was left with fewer than four big blinds, which he lost shortly after.

Marti Kabrhel limped in and Hokyiu Lee raised the pot, which Kabrhel called.

Hokyiu Lee: {a-Clubs}{k-}{6-}{3-Clubs}
Martin Kabrhel: {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}

Iaroslav Boiko
Iaroslav Boiko

The cards were already on their backs as Victor Nalim and Iaroslav Boiko clashed in a massive pot when the chips went in after the {j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop.

Iaroslav Boiko: {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Victor Nalim: {j-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades}

The {q-Clubs} turn improved Nalim to a superior flush but the {5-Spades} river gave Boiko a full house to double for 1,265,000.
