Ace King Versus Kings

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Viatcheslav Ortynskiy just got a bit unlucky. Not because his hand got cracked, but because his hand was not good enough to begin with. Ortynskiy had a power house with {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}, but next door neighbor Ilya Zuykov had a slightly better hand with {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}.

The best hand before the flop, was also the best hand after the river: {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{J-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Ortynskiy made his exit, Zuykov now had 80 big blinds.

Coin Flip

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Viacheslav Igin opened for 5,500 under the gun and Suleyman Ciftsuren three bet to 12,000 from the cutoff. Alexsandr Nemtcov on the button shoved all in for 43,600 and Igin folded. Ciftsuren made the call and there was another serious showdown.

Ciftsuren: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Nemtcov: {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The {K-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{Q-Spades} flop was good for Nemtcov, and the {2-Diamonds} on the turn and {K-Diamonds} on the river were no thread. Double up for Nemtcov, while Ciftsure is struggling now.

Maksym Panyak the Chip Leader?

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

It's really tough to count Maksym Panyak's chips, as he has towers of different heights, and he has a lot of them. Just now we saw Dzmitry Urbanovich get up from the table, and again it was Panyak who was getting the chips. We're unsure at this point what happened, but we do know Panyak has a whole lot of chips.

Suleyman Ciftsuren Eliminated

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Suleyman Ciftsuren has been eliminated from the tournament. By the time we came checking what was going on at table seven, he was already drawing dead. He had no way of knowing at that time though.

With {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{5-Spades}{K-Hearts} on the table it was Jorn Walthaus who had a bet out. Ciftsure was already all in at the time. After some thinking we saw Viacheslav Igin move all in from the small blind. Walthaus wasn't happy, and he folded with some reluctance after about ten seconds of thinking.

Ciftsure had {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} and there wasn't a card in the deck that could save him. Igin had {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for a flopped set of fives, and the {A-Diamonds} couldn't spoil his party.
