Penalty

We're not exactly sure what happened just now, but one of the players got a one round penalty. We saw the Swiss player in the big blind check raise a 700 bet on to 1,600 from the big blind. The player made the call, and called the 2,000 bet on the -turn and 5,200 allin on the -river as well. The player who check-raised and bet the turn and river showed and his opponent mucked. The player than said something in his own language, and all of the sudden the floor was called over and the player received a penalty. We're not sure what happened, but it's the first penalty we've seen so far this event.
