Matteo Ferrara opened to 350,000 from the hijack, and received calls from Aurelio Vallone in the cutoff and Carsten Mawick in the big blind.

On the 10♥4♥3♥ flop, action was checked to Ferrara, who fired out a bet of 350,000, which only Mawick called.

The 5♦ hit on the turn, and Mawick checked once more. Ferrara put out a bet of 1,650,000.

Mawick took some time for thought, before producing a check-jam to 9,750,000, earning a snap-fold from Ferrara.

"Big German balls" said Ferrara, as Mawick scooped in the pot.
