Aleksandar Zuberovski opened under the gun to 12,000, and Ben Kett three-bet jammed from the big blind for 47,000. Zuberovski made the call.
Ben Kett: 7♦7♣
Aleksandar Zuberovski: 8♥7♥
Kett will have been delighted to see he was against a single overcard, and there were no surprises on the 4♦2♣2♦Q♣3♣ runout.

A pot of 54,000 had arisen on a flop of 9♠2♦2♥ in a four-way pot. Manuel Janas, who appeared likely to have been the preflop raiser, fired out a bet of 15,000, and only Martin Pedersen called from the small blind.
On the 9♦ turn, Pedersen check-called a bet of 38,500 from Janas.
The Q♦ river completed the board, and Pedersen changed tact, leading out with a bet of 40,000. Janas was confused by the move, and spent at least three minutes grimacing, throwing his hands up in the air, and staring at the board.
Eventually he said "Ace-Queen? Sorry guys", and then folded after a bit more thought. Janas asked again, and Pedersen tabled 9♥9♣ for quads. Janas claimed he folded jacks.

Around 48,000 was in the middle already, in a hand between Sorin Pruteanu in middle position and Jaime Lozano Diaz in the small blind.
With the board reading Q♦3♠2♠4♠, Diaz fired out a bet of 10,000 and Pruteanu called.
The 10♥ river completed the board. Diaz took a bit of time before jamming for around 125,000. Pruteanu had 56,000 behind, and after some deliberation, he sighed and folded.

A big pot of 80,000 had brewed on a completed board of 8♦7♦3♥9♠3♦, in a hand between Manuel Janas in the hijack and Simon Davidson in the cutoff.
Janas fired out a bet of 105,000, which more than covered Davidson's remaining stack of 44,000.
After a few minutes of thought, Davidson looked like he was set to fold. He peered at his cards one last time, and started to begin the folding motion. However just as he did that, he also looked at Janas, who looked skywards to avoid eye contact.
That seemed to change Davidson's mind, and he suddenly got the rest of his stack into the middle.
Janas tabled K♦5♦ for the rivered flush. Davidson frustratedly mucked his cards and said "Nice hand" through gritted teeth as he left the table, clearly annoyed with himself for making the call.
