A Better Kicker for Molenaar
Level 4
: Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Michel Molenaar opened to 10,000 from middle position and he was called by both the cutoff and the big blind.
All three of them checked the 8♦10♠6♦ flop leading to the A♥ turn. Molenaar bet 15,000, and the cutoff was the only one to call.
The 5♥ river brought no more action, and Molenaar turned over K♣Q♠ for king high. His opponent had K♥J♥, which wasn't enough to scoop the pot.
