Confusing Action Around Pavlov's Elimination

Enzo Enzo opened to 60,000 from early position, then Ilia Pavlov on the button three-bet all-in for 315,000. In the big blind, Stoyan Obreshkov went into the tank and eventually called, revealing A4 as he didn't see Enzo's open.

Knowing Obreshkov's hand, Enzo shoved and Obreshkov chose to fold.

On a board of 749J, both players found a straight draw, but the 9 river didn't change anything and Pavlov was eliminated.
