Gytis Lazauninkas opened to 600,000 in middle position. Ramzi Karam then committed his remaining 2,750,000 to the middle, which Konstantin Voronin called in the small blind.
Lazauninkas quickly decided to let the other two fight it out, which they did when they went to showdown.
Ramzi Karam: J♠J♦
Konstantin Voronin: A♠Q♠
The 3♦K♦7♦ flop left Vornin with fewer outs, and the 7♣ turn did not provide relief either. The A♥ river did, though, as he hit one of his four outs in the deck to eliminate Karam in seventh place.
Vedat Yilmaz was down to 3,500,000, which he shoved in from the cutoff. It folded to chipleader Gytis Lazauninkas in the big blind, who snapped it off.
Vedat Yilmaz: A♠3♥
Gytis Lazauninkas: A♦K♠
Yilmaz's dominated ace flopped a gutshot on 5♦2♦10♠, and the 5♥ turn brought some chop outs. The 9♠ river did not help him out, however, and he ended as the first elimination of the final table.
Nichan Khorchidian raised to 600,000 in the cutoff, which Gytis Lazauninkas three-bet to 1,700,000 on the button. Khorchidian announced an all-in bet after spending a time bank, and Lazauninkas snap-called for his stack of 5,500,000.
Gytis Lazauninkas: 9♥9♣
Nichan Khorchidian: A♦6♥
Khorchidian needed an ace to knock out Lazauninkas, but the deck had none in store for him. The runout came 10♣2♣K♥2♥7♣ instead, doubling up Lazauninkas to be among the chipleaders.

Vedat Yilmaz defended his big blind to Alessio Isaia's raise to 500,000 from the cutoff. He continued with check-calling bets of 400,000 on the K♦J♠3♣ flop and 900,000 on the A♣ turn before Isaia pushed all in for 4,775,000 on the 9♣ river.
Yilmaz spent one time bank, then let go of his cards as he surrendered another pot.
Nichan Khorchidian was on the button and open-raised to 400,000. Ramzi Karam defended in the big blind before check-calling Khorchidian's continuation-bet of 400,000 on the 10♥4♥A♠ flop.
The 4♠ turn was then checked by both. This prompted Karam to fire 900,000 on the 7♣ turn, which Khorchidian called after one time bank.
Karam could only show nine-high with his 9♥6♥, leaving Khorchidian to take the pot with K♦5♦ for a daring call with king-high.
Alessio Isaia opened to 500,000 in middle position. Vedat Yilmaz was the only interested party, calling on the button. Isaia checked the J♦9♠7♦ flop over to Yilmaz, who decided to bet 950,000.
Isaia then raised all in for 4,750,000. Yilmaz needed three time banks before mucking his cards, shipping the pot to Isaia without showdown.

Ramzi Karam raised to 400,000 in early position. Konstantin Voronin then three-bet to 1,500,000 in the cutoff, after which Karam jammed all in for 3,250,000.
Voronin tossed in a quick call, revealing the holdings.
Ramzi Karam: A♥Q♣
Konstantin Voronin: J♥J♣
Karam flopped best on 9♥A♦4♥ and improved to two pair on the Q♥ turn. No jack arrived on the 5♠ river as Karam's double-up became official.
