The board was already been dealt out and two players were all-in, with the majority of chips going into the middle on the flop and Razzouk Rahhal at risk against Timur Mukhamedaminov.

On the 6♥K♣Q♥ flop, Rahhal had a set of queens, but Mukhamedaminov had a pair of kings with the nut flush draw. The 9♥ turn completed Mukhamedaminov's flush and he held on the J♥ river to win a huge pot, sending a visibly displeased Rahhal to the rail.

"You call here?" said Mukhamedaminov, pointing at the board. After the pot, Mukhamedaminov was up to around 2,250,000 chips, making him one of the chip leaders in the tournament.

Picking up the action on the turn on a board of 8♦9♣5♦10♠, Paul Esau, who came sixth in the Global Poker Championship earlier in the series, was all in against Sergej Babincev.

Esau had A♠A♣ for pocket aces, and Babincev had K♦6♦ for a flush draw with outs for the straight. The river came the 3♦ and Babinchev completed his flush to win the pot, sending Esau to the rail.

Azor didn't have to wait long to lock up the hand. He flopped a full house on the 3♠2♦3♣ flop, leaving his opponent drawing very slim. Azor held on the Q♣ turn and 7♦ river to win the pot, doubling his stack.

The next hand, Azor found himself all in again. This time, the 6♥6♦A♣ flop was out and Jingxuan Zhu checked. Azor popped it all in and Zhu quickly called.

Both players had a pair of aces, but Zhu had the higher kicker. He held on the 2♦ turn and 9♦ river to win the pot. Azor couldn't survive this one and was sent to the rail.

The button open-raised to 20,000 and Ivan Ilichev three-bet to 85,000 from the small blind. The button called and then both players checked on the 7♠9♦2♥ flop.

On the J♣ turn, Ilichev checked and the button bet 75,000, which Ilichev called. The river fell the J♦ and Ilichev checked again. The button pushed out a bet of 225,000 and Ilichev went deep into the tank, using two time bank cards before finally flicking in the call.

The button showed the K♣4♦ for king-high and the jacks on board. Ilichev had A♦K♦ and had successfully called the bluff to win the pot.
