Diaz Falls to Pateychuk
Level 21
: Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
With two players seeing a board of 2♥8♠7♦Q♥8♣ and roughly 500,000 already in the middle, Andrey Pateychuk checked from the big blind and Adria Diaz bet 225,000 from the button, leaving just 150,000 behind. Pateychuk moved all in with a covering stack and Diaz made the call.
Diaz had K♥8♥ for trips but Pateychuk turned over Q♦8♦ for a full house to take down a massive pot while Diaz, who started the day with the second-largest stack, was sent to the rail.
Elsewhere in the tournament area, Victor Yugay was recently eliminated.
