Ketzer Gets Paid with River Overbet
Level 36
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Bart Lybaert limped in from the small blind and Felipe Ketzer raised to 1,300,000 from the big blind. Lybaert made the call.
Both players checked the flop and turn leading to a final board of J♥10♥4♦7♦K♦. Ketzer put out a huge bet of 10,700,000, roughly three times the size of the pot. Lybaert made the call.
Lybaert tabled Q♣9♦ for a rivered straight but Ketzer showed down 6♦3♦ for a small flush to take the pot and leave Lybaert short-stacked.
