Set Over Set Sees Farah Out
Level 11
: Blinds 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
After a pair of early position limps, Raffaele Castro raised to 15,000 on the button. Elie Farah called in the big blind, as did the two other players.
The flop came 6♥4♣Q♣, where action checked around to Castro and he fired 15,000. Farah was the only caller to the 3♥ turn, leading out by shoving his stack. Castro made the quick call.
Elie Farah: 6♠6♦
Raffaele Castro: Q♠Q♥
Both players had flopped a set, leaving Farah with a single out. The 2♦ river was a brick, seeing Castro take down the pot and send Farah to the rail.
