Meisam Emami opened to 4,500 from under the gun and Gabriel Akiki called in middle position. Daniele Casino then three-bet to 21,000 from the small blind and Konstantin Voronin made the call in the big blind.
Emami and Akiki both got out of the way before the dealer fanned out the 4♠9♦4♣ flop. Casino announced all in, putting the decision on Voronin.
After taking some time, Voronin mucked his hand and Casino took down the pot.
