With a full board of J♣8♦9♠8♠2♥ showing and around 35,000 chips in the middle, Chakib M'hiri had bet out 15,000 and Emrah Akansu shoved for around 66,000.
M'hiri was deep in the tank pondering what to do, and after thinking it over, he decided to fold and showed the 8♣ for trips. Akansu responded by showing the J♦ and was pushed the pot as he did so.

He bet another 3,000 when checked to on the Q♠ turn and Papapetrou made the call.
On the 4♦ river Papapetrou checked and He bet 7,000. This time Papapetrou opted to fold and He took the pot without showdown.
Alain Hajj opened the button to 2,000 and Fahredin Mustafov made it 7,000 to go from the small blind. Once the action got back to Hajj, he stacked his chips and shoved all of them into the middle — around 40,000. Mustafov snap-called,

Hajj did pick up a pair on the J♣3♥4♥ flop, but it wasn't enough as his hand didn't improve on either the 7♣ turn or 9♣ river, which meant he was eliminated.
Nikolay Tyurin shoved from under the gun for 5,300 and was called by Hadi Khordbin who had him covered from the hijack.

Tyurin was dominated with a smaller ace and found no help on the 7♦2♦5♦7♣7♥ runout, resulting in his elimination while Khordbin claimed his remaining chips.
There was a raise from under the gun, which got called by the player in the next seat. Mehmet Karsli called, as did Caner Gunes in the cutoff, then Daniel Bauerschmidt made it 9,000 from the button. After the two early position players folded, Karsli and Gunes called.
They went to a flop of J♠10♣8♣ which checked through to the 8♦ turn. Karsli checked, Gunes fired 13,000, Bauerschmidt called, and Karsli folded.
When the 10♥ double-paired the board on the river, Gunes fired another bet of 20,000, which sent Bauerschmidt into the tank. After careful consideration, Bauerschmidt elected to fold and preserve his stack of around 75,000.
Azamat Tulepbergenov opened to 2,000 from under the gun and Boris Tabiyev called from the small blind.
The flop came 8♠4♥9♥ and Tabiyev check-called a 1,200 bet from Tulepbergenov.
The two players then checked down the 7♣ turn and 2♥ river. Tabiyev had rivered a flush with 10♥6♥ which was good to take the pot.
Alisa Sibgatova opened up the action from middle position with a raise to 2,200, which Fredrico Senno called from the cutoff. Jalal Jafari called in the small blind, as did Nabil Chaya in the big blind.
The four saw a flop of 4♣10♥A♥ which checked to Sibgatova, who then fired out a 6,000-chip continuation-bet. Senno folded, Jafari called, and Chaya folded.
On the Q♠ turn, both players checked to the J♦ river, which put four to a straight on board. Jafari checked, then Sibgatova bet out 10,000. Jafari rechecked his cards and after a few moments, he made the fold.
