Candido Cappiello
Candido Cappiello

Candido Cappiello opened to 11,000 from middle position and received calls from Abdullah Alajmi on the button, Vitalii Pankov in the small blind and Ghassan Bitar in the big blind.

The flop came 972 and action checked around to Cappiello, who bet 27,000. Alajmi and Pankov got out of the way while Bitar made the call.

Bitar lead out with a 40,000 bet on the 2 turn and Cappiello called.

On the 8 river Bitar bet again, this time for 50,000. Cappiello raised to 180,000, sending Bitar deep into the tank.

After a couple minutes Bitar opted to call. Cappiello tabled QJ for a rivered flush which was enough to take down a sizable pot and make a serious dent in Bitar's stack.

Gromov Knocks Out Dietrich

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

In a preflop confrontation, Moritz Dietrich found himself all in and at risk for his last 66,000 from the cutoff against Dmitry Gromov in middle position who held a covering stack.

Moritz Dietrich: A5
Dmitry Gromov: AA

Dietrich was in dire straits, drawing nearly dead on the J109 flop. The 5 turn gave Dietrich two outs but the 3 river was a brick. Gromov's aces were best at showdown and he took down a decent pot while Dietrich was sent to the rail.
