Level 15 has begun, which means that registration is officially closed in the Main Event.
The numbers are currently being confirmed and the payouts will be announced later on in the day.
The action folded around to Rudolf Fourie in the small blind, who made it 8,000 to go. Gaspare Sposato was in the big blind and called.
Both checked the 9♣9♠Q♦ flop to see the 3♣ drop on the turn, where Fourie bet 16,000 and Sposato called.
A 5♠ landed on the river and both players quickly knuckled the table, and Fourie flipped over A♠3♠ for a pair of threes.
"Don't slowroll, don't slowroll!" said Fourie as Sposato hadn't revealed his cards yet. Sposato did eventually muck, and Fourie was pushed the pot.

Stojan Vazic opened to 8,000 and then called the shove of Arthur Thiriart, who had around 65,000 in his stack.
Arthur Thiriart: A♠K♦
Stojan Vazic: Q♠Q♣
Thiriart was flipping for his tournament life and didn't improve on the 10♣J♦2♣ flop, but did pick up a gutshot. That gutshot was no longer good when the 10♦ dropped on the river as a queen would give Vazic a full house. Only an ace or a king on the river could prevent Thiriart from being eliminated, but the 6♠ wasn't what he was after, and he hit the rail.

Soraya Estrada raised to 8,000 from the cutoff and Adrian State defended out of the big blind.
The flop came down K♥4♠10♣ and State check-called a bet of 6,000 from Estrada.
The two players saw the 3♣ land on the turn and State check-called another bet from Estrada, this time for 22,000.
State checked for the last time when the 4♣ rolled off on the river and then faced a bet of 35,000 from Estrada. After a few moments of thinking, State check-shoved for roughly 280,000. Estrada took a few moments before she let go of her hand and the pot was pushed to State.

Yuliyan Kolev opened from middle position and Alexandru Lupuleac put in a three-bet to 22,000 from the hijack. The rest of the field got out of the way and then Kolev put in a four-bet to 60,000, leaving himself around 100,000 behind. Lupuleac then five-bet all in, and Kolev quickly folded.
Lupuleac had a deep run in the Warm Up this series, finishing 19th. Currently, he has a stack of around 350,000, which is the average stack as Level 15 passes its midway point.

Johan Guilbert raised to 8,000 from early position, and the small blind player shoved for his final 57,000. Guilbert put in the call.
Small Blind: 10♣8♣
Johan Guilbert: 9♠9♦
The small blind was trying to double up to just over the starting stack and needed to find a ten or some clubs to do so. The flop of 9♥4♥Q♣ put Guilbert firmly in the lead with a set of nines, but his opponent picked up a gutshot. The rest of the board ran out 10♦6♥ and the pot was sent over to Guilbert.

On a flop of A♦J♣8♦, there were around 25,000 chips in the pot when when Zhen Chen check-raised to 45,000 over Elie Farah's bet. Farah called.
A 4♦ dropped on the turn and Chen fired another bet of 65,000, which Farah called instantaneously.
When the A♣ paired the board on the river, Chen shoved, which gave Farah a decision for his remaining stack of around 250,000.
"Will you show if I fold?" asked Farah. Chen stayed silent but seemed to nod his head in approval. Farah continued to ask questions and around three minutes passed before the clock was called and Farah was given a 30-second countdown.
No action had been made by Farah when the clock hit zero, so his hand was declared dead. Chen then offered to show a card, and Farah picked the Q♠ as Chen raked in the pot.
