Xin Tang Eliminated in 9th Place ($18,000)
Level 27
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Xin Tang raised to 800,000 from early position with just 50,000 behind and Maxime Chilaud called on the button.
The flop came down 7♥6♠5♠ and Tang checked over to Chilaud. Chilaud put Tang all in, and Tang called for his final 50,000.
Xin Tang: A♥K♥
Maxime Chilaud: A♠J♦
Tang had Chilaud dominated with the bigger ace and only an unfortunate turn or river would end his tournament. The Q♠ fell on the turn to give Chilaud a flush draw. The K♠ fell on the river to give Chilaud the winner with the nut flush. Chilaud pulled in the pot and Tang was the first eliminated at the final table.
