Gallo KO's Gerwig
Level 10
: Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Giulio Gallo has a UFC jacket on today, and he's just shown that he's not going to tap out easily.
The action was picked up on the turn with the board reading 5♦K♣10♠4♦ with around 30,000 in the middle and Gallo checked it over from early position to Tim Gerwig in middle position, who bet 18,500. Gallo called.
An A♥ fell on the river and Gallo checked again, only for Gerwig to shove 74,500. Gallo went into the tank and took around a minute before he flicked in the call.
Gerwig revealed two pair with K♥10♥, but Gallo had a bigger two pair with A♦10♦ to win the pot and deliver the knockout.
