Crowley Hero Calls the River
Level 19
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Dale Capuano raised to 30,000 in the cutoff and Joseph Crowley flatted on the button.
The flop came 3♣8♦9♣, Capuano bet 40,000 and Crowley called.
On the 10♠ turn, Capuano bet again, this time for 75,000. Crowley called.
The river brought the 2♥ and Capuano bet once more, for 55,000. After some consideration, Crowley flicked in the call and tabled A♠Q♠ for ace-queen high, besting the A♦6♦ of Capunao.
