The flop came 777 and Banyas fired out a bet of 225,000. Bills thought for a moment before giving up his hand.

Faro Makes Tough Call on the River

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Timothy Faro
Timothy Faro

Action folded to Parker Talbot in the hijack, and he raised to 20,000. It folded to the small blind Tim Faro, and he three-bet to 80,000. The big blind folded, and Talbot made the call to see a flop.

The flop came A53 and Faro bet out 70,000, which Talbot called.

Both players checked after the 5 on the turn.

The river was the 9 and Faro checked to Talbot, who fired out 175,000. Faro spent nearly two minutes in the tank, before eventually finding a call.

Talbot told Faro "You're good" and Faro tabled QQ for a pair of queens, as Talbot mucked his hands to give Faro the pot.

John Kostelac: 55 All in
Joseph Crowley: AJ

It was a flip for Kostelac's tournament life, but after the board ran out 3A62K the pair of aces from Crowley were the best hand, and Kostelac was eliminated in 15th place.

Brandon Hall Eliminated in 18th Place ($5,226)

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Brandon Hall

John Kostelac raised to 22,000 from the hijack, and when it folded to Brandon Hall on the button, he three-bet all in for 175,000. The big blind Dale Capuano made the call to put Hall at risk, as did Kostelac.

With Hall all in, the flop came Q28 and Capuano moved all in for 222,000. Kostelac quickly called to put Capuano at risk.

Brandon Hall: JJ All in
Dale Capuano: QQ All in
John Kostelac: KK

Capuano flopped a set of queens to take the lead against the pocket kings of Kostelac, and the pocket jacks of Hall would need running cards to stay in the tournament. But when the turn came the 3 and the river was the 3, Capuano improved to a full house, to take a nearly million chip pot, and eliminate Hall in 18th place.

Isiah Ditoto
Isiah Ditoto

Michael Fenwick raised to 30,000 from the button, and when it folded to the big blind Isiah Ditoto, he three-bet all in for 253,000. Fenwick confirmed the count of Ditoto and said " I don't know why I'm nervous with this hand" then made the call to put Ditoto at risk.

Isiah Ditoto: J10 All in
Michael Fenwick: AA

Ditoto ran straight into the aces of Fenwick, but after the 2KQ flop Ditoto now had an open-ended straight draw and a flush draw as outs to crack the aces of Fenwick. The 4 on the turn left the aces of Fenwick drawing dead after Ditoto turned a flush, and the 9 on the river officially secured him the double up.
