Helpard Flops a Set to Double
Level 8
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
With a little over 7,000 in the pot, Russell Cornwell and David Helpard got it all in on a flop of 3♠10♦K♦, with Helpard at risk who had 17,600 behind.
David Helpard: 3♥3♣
Russell Cornwell: 10♥9♥
Cornwell would need runner-runner for a straight or full house to knock out Helpard, but the 4♠ turn and 4♦ river improved Helpard to a full house, threes full of fours.
