Lavin Picks Off the Bluff

Action folded to Sean Gomez in the cutoff who raised to 9,000. Gregory Chill called on the button, as did Michael Lavin in the big blind.

The flop came 10♠8♠J♥ and when Lavin and Gomez checked, Chill bet out 12,000. Lavin made the call, and Gomez folded.

Both players checked after the Q♥ turn.

The river was the 3♠ and Lavin led out for a bet of 6,000. Chill then raised to 22,000 and was quickly called by Lavin.

Chill said " You're good" and tabled A♣10♥ for a pair of 10s, but Lavin showed 9♠8♦ for a straight and took down the pot.
