Childs Makes Big Call on the River
Level 10
: Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
William Childs raised to 3,600 in the hijack, Isaiah Schnitzler flatted in the cutoff, and the player on the button called as well.
The flop came 6♥10♠2♦, Childs bet 4,500, Schnitzler called, and the big blind got out of the way.
The turn landed the 10♥ and Childs check-called a bet of 10,000 from Schnitzler, bringing the 4♦ river.
Childs checked again and Schnitzler moved all in, putting Childs at risk, who had 24,600 behind.
After some contemplating, Childs made the call and saw the good news when his 6♣5♠ bested the 4♥3♥ of Schnitzler.
