Shak Turns the Nuts
Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Frank Lagodich raised in middle position and Dan Shak flatted in the cutoff.
The flop came 5♥4♣2♣, Lagodich bet 2,300, Shak raised to 7,000, and Lagodich made the call.
Action slowed down on the 6♣ turn, with both players checking to the J♣ river.
Lagodich checked and Shak bet 10,000. Lagodich called and mucked his cards when Shak turned over A♣5♣ for the nut flush.
