Robert Klein opened the action with a raise to 4,000 from the hijack, and when it folded to the small blind Thomas Laviano, he made the call. The big blind folded to leave the players heads up.

Both players checked to the turn after the 10♣9♦7♥ flop, which brought the 3♠. Laviano then check-called a bet of 5,000 from Klein.

The river was the K♥ and Laviano again checked to Klein, who bet 12,000. After giving it some thought, Laviano made the call and Klein tabled 3♦3♣ for a turned set to take the pot, as Laviano mucked his hand.

Alex Kim had bet 7,000 from the small blind and Matthew McNeil called in the big blind. Jonathan Stoeber raised to 27,200 from the button and Kim got out of the way. McNeil decided to go with his hand, moving all in for 48,000. Stoeber quickly called.

Thomas Laviano raised to 4,000 under the gun and was called by the small blind. Then the big blind Jonathan Stoeber three-bet to 12,500, who was called by Laviano, and the small blind folded.

Laviano called a bet from Stoeber after the Q♦3♠Q♥ flop for 4,000, and after the 7♥ turn for 12,500.

Both players checked the 8♠ river, and Laviano had the winner when he tabled 6♠6♦ to take the pot as Stoeber's hand was mucked.

Mincher fired 17,000 on the 10♠ river and Kim quickly called. Mincher showed J♥9♥ for a rivered straight, and it was good enough to scoop the pot.

Stoeber Goes Runner-Runner to Knockout Pinnola

After the 9♦7♥4♥ flop it checked to Stoeber, who bet out 7,500. Pinnola then raised all in for 33,500, and after the middle position player folded, Stoeber quickly called to put Pinnola at risk.

Jonathan Stoeber: 8♥8♦

Pinnola was ahead with his top pair, but after the board ran out 10♥ on the turn, and 6♥ on the river, Stober improved to a flush to eliminate Pinnola.
