Tehan Takes One Off Medic

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

From middle position, Nenad Medic raised to 800. The 2010 North American Poker Tour Main Event champion Joe Tehan reraised from the cutoff seat to 2,275. Medic made the call when action got back to him.

The flop came down {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Medic checked. Tehan bet 3,000 and Medic called.

The {6-Diamonds} was added to the board on the turn and Medic checked again. Tehan raised his bet sizing this time to 6,200 and slid it across the betting line. Medic folded.

Medic dropped back to 20,500 and Tehan increased to 31,500.

Rousso Doubles with Aces

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

It was Vanessa Rousso's turn to double up on the feature table. She was all in preflop for 16,250 with the {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}. Her opponent was Matt Woodward and he held the {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}.

This time there would be no miracle with big slick coming from behind to take down two bullets. Right from the get go, Rousso had a lock on this hand as the flop came down {A-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. The turn was the {7-Clubs} and the river the {6-Spades}.
