Mathias Siljander opened to 40,000 under the gun, and Mikael Haapaniemi defended the big blind.
On the A♣Q♠J♥ flop, Haapaniemi check-called in the face of a bet of 20,000 from Siljander.
The same pattern followed on the Q♦ turn, this time in respect of a bet of 75,000 from Siljander.
The 9♣ river completed the board, and Haapaniemi checked once more. Siljander took a bit of time before moving all in with the covering stack, and Haapaniemi, with around 190,000 behind, went into the tank.
After around 90 seconds of thought, he flicked in a single calling chip. Siljander tabled Q♥4♥ for trip queens, and that was good versus Haapaniemi's A♥2♣ for two pair, aces and queens.
