Action folded around to C. J. Connors the button. He put in a raise 5,000. Ray Whitley in the small blind made the call. Jared Ward, in the big blind, considered for a minute then slid out his remaining stack of 26,000 into the middle.
Connors thought for a few moments then tossed out a chip to make the call. Whitley got out of the way.
