Ivey started with a check, and Moss tossed out a bet of 425,000 into the middle. Ivey check-raised to 1,300,000, and Moss continued in the form of a call.

The K♣ turn checked through for the 2♣ to appear on the river. Both players checked again, and Ivey took down the pot with 9♦5♦ for trip nines. Moss mucked Q♥J♦ for a pair of jacks.

Jesse Lonis made it 700,000 from the hijack and Matt Moss ripped it for 5,550,000 from the big blind. Lonis spent a considerable amount of time in the tank, and ultimately, he decided to call, putting Moss at risk.

Lonis' pondering had been worth it as he was up against Moss' inferior hand, and just needed to fade a ten or some clubs to become an overwhelming chip leader with five left.

No help came for Moss on the 3♥5♣A♦Q♥2♣ runout, and Lonis' king-high won the pot, sending Moss to the rail in sixth place.

Ivey Finally Comes Alive at the Final Table

Jesse Lonis raised the button to 1,100,000 and Phil Ivey called from the big blind.

Ivey knuckled the action over to Lonis on the 4♣7♣8♠ flop and Lonis checked it back.

The 10♦ appeared on the turn, causing Ivey to bet 1,500,000. Lonis jammed for Ivey's remaining 5,825,000, and Ivey immediately called.

Ivey was ahead with two pair against the top pair of Lonis, and just needed to dodge an unfortunate river to double.

The Q♦ river didn't help Lonis, and Ivey doubled up to over 17,000,000 chips.

Jamil Wakil limped from the small blind and Jesse Lonis checked his option from the big blind.

The dealer burned a card and put out the flop of 5♠K♥3♠, which got a check from Wakil. Lonis bet 750,000, and Wakil continued with a call.

Wakil check-called another bet from Lonis on the 7♥ turn, this time for 1,800,000.

A 5♥ rolled off on the river, causing Wakil to check for the last time. Lonis took a few moments, then jammed for Wakil's stack of 11,300,000.

Wakil was visibly distressed by his situation, and burned through the majority of his time banks thinking it over. In the end, he slammed in the call.

Lonis flipped over the winning hand with 4♥2♥ for a straight draw that backed into a flush. Wakil tabled A♥K♣ for a pair of kings and headed to the cashier's desk to collect his fifth-place payout.

For the first time on the final table, Phil Ivey limped the button. Maher Nouira completed from the small blind, and Jesse Lonis checked his option from the big blind.

The action checked to Ivey on the Q♠6♦4♠ flop, and Ivey bet 800,000. Nouira tossed his cards away, but Lonis called.

A 10♠ dropped on the turn and Lonis check-called a bet of 2,000,000 from Ivey.

The 2♥ river checked through and Lonis turned over 7♣6♠ for a pair of sixes. This was second best to the pair of sixes with a higher kicker of Ivey holding 9♥6♥.

Lonis led out for 800,000 when the Q♥7♥2♠ flop came down, and Yong continued in the form of a call.

The 4♠ turn caused Lonis to check, which allowed Yong to bet 1,600,000. Lonis check-raised to 4,900,000, and Yong called to see a river.

Lonis jammed the 3♠ river and Yong went into a rare tank. Yong had 12,075,000 remaining in his stack, and after around a minute of pondering, returned his cards to the dealer, and the pot went over to Lonis.

Yong check-called a bet of 600,000 from Ivey on the 9♣9♠6♦ flop and the 9♦ appeared on the turn. Yong checked again and then called after Ivey bet 2,000,000.

Yong checked for the last time on the J♥ river, and Ivey threw out a bet of 6,000,000. Yong snap-folded and Ivey dragged in the pot.

The dealer spread out the flop of 3♦5♦8♥, and Yong checked. Nouira bet 3,000,000 and was met by an instant shove by Yong. Nouira had 15,500,000 remaining in his stack, and quickly called.

Both players had top pair, but Nouira's ace-kicker had him out in front. The A♦ turn gave Nouira two pair, and left Yong drawing dead as the irrelevant 10♠ hit the river.

Nouira doubled up to the chip lead, while Yong was left with under ten big blinds.

Yong headed to the rail in fourth, and the remaining three players went on a short break.
