Teusl Immediately Doubles After Dinner
Level 15
: Blinds 50,000/125,000, 125,000 ante
From under the gun, Jessica Teusl jammed for 700,000 and was called by Jesse Lonis out of the small blind.
Jessica Teusl: Q♠10♠
Jesse Lonis: A♥4♥
Teusl was at the bottom of the chip counts and needed to connect with the board to keep her chances of cashing alive.
The Q♦2♥J♣ flop catapulted Teusl into the lead with a pair of queens. A K♦ rolled off on the turn, and the 9♦ completed the board, meaning Teusl doubled up through Lonis.
