2025 Onyx Super High Roller Series
Artur Martirosian shoved from the small blind and David Nicholson called from the big blind for his last 825,000.
David Nicholson: A♠Q♣
Artur Martirosian: 8♠7♦
Nicholson was ahead, but he needed to dodge the live cards of Martirosian. He did manage to do just that, though, as the K♠9♣3♣3♠K♦ runout left both players unimproved.
Ben Lamb shoved his stack in from the cutoff for around six big blinds and he was put at risk by Daniel Rezaei in the small blind.
Ben Lamb: Kx4x
Daniel Rezaei: A♦4♦
Lamb was dominated and needed a king, but couldn't find one as the 5♦2♠2♥8♠5♣ runout sent him to the rail in twelfth.
Aram Oganyan raised the hijack and Ottomar Ladva made it around 1,225,000, leaving himself just 5,000 behind. When it got back to Oganyan, he shoved, and Ladva called.
Ottomar Ladva: A♣Q♦
Aram Oganyan: K♥K♣
Ogayan had picked up another premium, and dispatched another player with it as the 2♥7♣10♦3♥Q♠ runout didn't help Ladva out enough to crack the cowboys.
Level: 19
Blinds: 80,000/160,000
Ante: 160,000
Jessica Teusl shoved 750,000 from the cutoff and Aram Oganyan called on the button.
Jessica Teusl: A♥5♦
Aram Oganyan: Q♦Q♣
Teusl needed to find an ace, but there were none in sight on the K♣J♦7♦6♠7♠ runout, which meant she was the first to hit the rail in the money.

Sirzat Hissou limped in from the small blind and Armin Ghojehvand shoved from the big blind. Hissou called for his stack of around 2,300,000.
Sirzat Hissou: J♦J♣
Armin Ghojehvand: Q♦4♥
Ghojehvand was applying maximum pressure, and seemed confident he was going to win.
"Sorry, I'm going to hit a queen on the turn," said Ghojehvand to Hissou.
The flop of 7♦6♦K♦ gave him a lot more outs to find as he picked up a better flush draw to go along with his overcard outs. The 2♣ turn was safe for Hissou, but the 9♦ on the river improved Ghojehvand to a bigger flush, which meant Hissou was the bubble boy.
With the recent eliminations of Eelis Parssinen and Andrey Pateychuk, the field is now one away from the money.
Hand-for-hand will begin.
