Wakil Flops a King
Level 16
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jamil Wakil raised the cutoff to 175,000 and only Daniel Rezaei called from the small blind.
They went to a flop of K♥2♥9♦, where both checked to the 5♠ turn. Rezaei led for 325,000, and after some though, Wakil called.
A J♦ fell on the river and both players took their time to knuckle the table, where Rezaei showed a pair of nines with A♣9♠. That was no good, though, as Wakil had flopped a pair of kings with K♠10♦.
