Ghojehvand Gets All of Held's Stack
Level 17
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
There is a new chip leader in town, and he goes by the name of Armin Ghojehvand.
Justus Held opened the hijack to 200,000 and Ghojehvand defended his big blind.
Both checked the 6♠9♦5♥ flop to the 6♦ turn, where Ghojehvand bet 200,000 and Held called.
When the 4♣ hit the river, Ghojehvand shoved into the pot of 950,000, which gave Held a huge test for his stack of around 2,800,000. Time bank after time bank went into the pot and Held eventually came to a decision by tossing in a chip.
Ghojehvand showed K♣9♠ for a pair of nines, and that was good as Held flipped his A♦J♣ for ace-high.
