Martin Dam made it 42,000 under the gun and Imad Derwiche called from the cutoff. Raphael Schreiner squeezed it t around 180,000 from the small blind, and Dam shoved for 263,000. Derwiche moved all in himself for around 350,000, and Schreiner called with the covering stack.
