Bedell Runs Into Abudavas' Nuts
Level 5
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Three ways to the turn on a board of Q♣2♠7♠5♦. Jelle de Kroon checked from under the gun, and Basem Abudavas bet 35,000 from the hijack. Tom-Aksel Bedell called in the cutoff, while De Kroon folded.
Abudavas went for a check on the 3♥ river, allowing Bedell to bet 65,000. Abudavas check-jammed, covering Bedell, and Bedell reluctantly called for his remaining 130,000.
Abudavas showed the nuts with Q♦6♠5♠4♦ to win the pot, as Bedell revealed A♠4♠ for an inferior straight as he headed to the exit.
