Bujtas Takes Out Nesterenko
Laszlo Bujtas raised to 75,000 from the small blind and Sergei Nesterenko called out of the big blind.
Bujtas continued for 75,000 on the A♦K♠5♦ flop, and Nesterenko called.
A 4♦ on the turn caused Bujtas to check. Nesterenko asked the dealer, "How much is in there?", but it was Bujtas who immediately responded with "340".
Nesterenko then carved out a bet of 200,000, and Bujtas called.
A 10♠ arrived on the river to complete the board, getting one last check from Bujtas. Nesterenko stacked up all of his chips, which totalled about 400,000, and slid them across the betting line. Bujtas quickly called.
Nesterenko showed Q♦10♦10♥5♥ for a flush, but it was second-best to Bujtas' K♦J♦6♥3x for a higher flush.
Nesterenko was out, and Bujtas up to over two million.
