Rezaei Spins Up His Stack

Level 12 : Blinds 20,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Daniel Rezaei
Daniel Rezaei

Daniel Rezaei jammed from the button for 210,000 and Justus Held looked him up in the big blind.

Daniel Rezaei: K3 All in
Justus Held: A9

Rezaei took the lead on the K35 flop by improving to two pair, although Held held a flush draw. The 2 turn gave Held even more outs, but the A to complete the board wasn't enough to give Held the winning hand, despite hitting an ace.

A few hands later, Mikalai Vaskaboinikau jammed from the small blind and after looking at one card, which was an ace, Rezaei called for his stack of 480,000.

Daniel Rezaei: AJ All in
Mikalai Vaskaboinikau: 96

Both players hit a pair on the J98 flop, but Rezaei was out in front with a pair of jacks. The rest of the board fell 55 and Rezaei was back up to the starting stack.
