Yaghmaie Chips Up; Chernikov Folds to Kanme
Level 2
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
On a completed board of 7♦10♣5♣10♠Q♥ and with around 130,000 in the pot, Raoul Kanme was first to act from the big blind, and bet enough to put Aleksandr Chernikov all in. From the hijack, Chernikov had about 95,000 left in his stack and decided to let it go.
A few hands later, Damir Gabdullin raised to 3,000 from the hijack and Naryman Yaghmaie called from the big blind.
Yaghmaie checked it over to Gabdullin on the 4♥K♣7♦ flop, and Gabdullin bet 6,500. Gabdullin called.
Yaghmaie went for another check upon seeing a J♥ roll off on the turn. Gabdullin fired a second barrel of 14,000 and was met by a check-raise to 40,000 from Yaghmaie. Gabdullin quickly folded, allowing Yaghmaie to pull in the pot.
